City Sidewalk Project
The City of Hutto will start a sidewalk construction project this month (September 2022) along Little Lake Road and Estate Drive in the Lakeside Estates neighborhood. This project will add sidewalks as follows:
On the west side of Little Lake, from CR 138 to Kaatz Lane
On both sides of Kaatz, from Little Lake to Estate Drive
On the west side of Estate, from Kaatz to Yukon Cove, where it will connect to an existing sidewalk
Weather permitting, the project will begin on Sept. 19, 2022 and is expected to finish on/around Dec. 19, 2022. Should you have any questions, you may contact Pat.Womack@huttotx.gov.

All user passwords were reset on 4/4/2021 to their original default passwords. This action was necessary due to an unplanned server migration by our internet hosting provider. If you never changed your password to a custom password that only you knew, nothing has changed for you. If, however, you had changed your password, please use the original default password you were assigned when your account was created.

The 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for 5/5/20 has been postponed as a precaution during the current Covid-19 crisis. Residents have been sent an email announcing this. The meeting will be rescheduled by the Board for a later date in 2020.

Great news...pool season is rapidly approaching. The recently upgraded pool will open for fun in the sun the weekend of March 29
th, 2019.
Please remember to be mindful of others, have fun, and if you see any vandalism at the pool, contact the Hutto Police Department immediately.

The pool is closed for the rest of the day (Monday) due to debris from the storm last night. The vendor will be back tomorrow morning to treat the pool and clean any remaining debris.

Community Garage Sale
Lakeside Estates will have a community-wide garage sale on Saturday - June 17
th, 2017, from 7:00am to 12:00 noon. Please move all unsold items out of public view by the end of the day. Discarded items or donations may not be stored at the curb for pickup. Residents are responsible for their own individual garage sales.

SHADE STRUCTURE COMING
The Board of Directors has approved the installation of a 14x22 shade structure for the pool. The structure will be installed in late August, on the west side (parking lot side) of the pool deck. Unfortunately, a building permit is required, which is slowing the installation process down from August 8 to August 29.
The new shade structure will enhance all residents' pool experience, and will be a welcome feature for all the parents wanting a shady place by the shallow end of the pool so they can be closer to their kids while they swim.
